The ShopperQuiz API lets your own tools read quiz data — look up a shopper’s answers and recommendations, list quizzes, fetch recent events, or subscribe a URL to real-time events — with a key you create on the Developers page.

Set up
Connected in minutes
Create a key
Go to Developers (under Settings), name the key after where you’ll use it, and click Create API key. It starts with sq_key_ and is shown once.
Authenticate
Send it as Authorization: Bearer sq_key_… on every request to https://api.shopper-quiz.com.
Call an endpoint
For example, GET /v1/search/responses?email=… returns that shopper’s answers and recommendations.

All responses are JSON. Searches return an array, which is empty when nothing matches.

Up to 10 active keys
Each key shows when it was created and last used. Revoke stops it immediately.
240 requests a minute
Per key. A 429 response tells you how many seconds to wait in Retry-After.
Real-time subscriptions
POST /v1/hooks returns a signing secret; events arrive in the webhook format. Revoking the key removes them.
Clear errors
Every error has a plain-English message that says what to fix.

ShopperQuiz API questions
To receive events when something happens, webhooks are simpler. Use the API when a workflow that started elsewhere needs quiz data — for example, “when a customer is created in my CRM, fetch their quiz answers”.
Starter or above. On other plans, requests return 403.
Treat them like passwords — anyone with a key can read your store’s quiz responses, including shopper emails. Revoke a key the moment you no longer need it.
