Send quiz events to Meta through the Conversions API — from our servers, so ad blockers and iOS privacy settings don’t stop them. Build audiences of quiz takers, optimise on leads and measure quiz-driven sales with real revenue.

Example data
Set up
In Meta Events Manager, open Data sources and select your pixel (Meta also calls it a dataset).
On the pixel, open Settings → Conversions API → Generate access token.
Integrations → Meta Pixel → Connect Meta. Both are checked with Meta, and your pixel’s name is shown.
Send a test event, or turn on Test a full quiz run for 2 hours and watch every event — even the purchase — in Test events.
What you can do
Custom Audience → Website with SQ_QuizComplete (everyone who finished the quiz) or Lead.
Create a custom conversion on SQ_Purchase and add it as a column in Ads Manager.
Lead is a standard event, ready to optimise campaigns on.
Commerce events use quiz-specific names by default, so your store’s own purchase events aren’t counted twice. Switch to standard names if no other pixel tracks purchases.
The details
All events carry sq_quiz_id and sq_quiz_name.
In your control
Match quality
Hashed email and shopper ID, IP and user agent, plus Meta’s _fbp and _fbc when your storefront has them. IP and user agent are deleted after 30 days.
Your catalog’s product IDs
Products match a Shopify catalog synced through Meta’s Facebook & Instagram app.
Health at a glance
The card shows Needs attention if Meta starts rejecting events — usually after a token is revoked.
Sync per quiz
Keep test or internal quizzes out of Meta. Every quiz is on by default, including new ones.
FAQ

Yes — on Meta, events sent in test mode also count. The Overview can take 30 minutes or more to update, so use Test events for live checking.
It only fires when the shopper uses the checkout button inside the quiz, not your store’s cart page.
When an order linked to the quiz is paid. It’s sent from your store’s order notification with revenue and the order’s real items.
