What you can do
New Quiz Completion → Google Sheets. Map the shopper’s email, each answer and the recommended products to columns.
New Lead → HubSpot, Salesforce or any CRM, with the shopper’s name and email.
New Quiz-Attributed Order → a channel message with the order number, total and quiz name.
New Add to Cart From Quiz → a 24-hour delay → Find Response → a filter that skips shoppers who already ordered.
The details
Every trigger has an optional Quiz filter — leave it empty for all quizzes, or pick one.
In your control
Your Zaps, in ShopperQuiz
See every Zap using a ShopperQuiz trigger with its last delivery — and Stop sending to any of them.
Tests from your real quiz
Send test builds an event from your real questions and products, marked Is Test Event so Zaps can filter it out.
Retries built in
Undelivered events retry after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours.
Reorder questions freely
Answer fields are keyed by question ID, so reordering questions never breaks a Zap.
FAQ
About 15 to 30 seconds after they happen. ShopperQuiz waits briefly so data such as cart items is complete before sending.
Up to 200 active Zaps per store. Zapier’s own plan limits, such as tasks per month, apply in your Zapier account.
You decide. ShopperQuiz only sends data — type your own address for team alerts, or map Shopper Email to email the shopper.
A Zap only receives events after it’s published, and later edits only take effect when you publish again.
